Meet Joey

Our journey began with Joey: a sweet soul who faced health challenges for most of his life. Long before entering this industry, his mom spent countless hours researching holistic nutrition and learning how the right food could transform a pet’s wellbeing. 

That experience shaped our passion and guides every product we choose for our store. We’re committed to offering only the foods, treats, and supplies that support healthier, happier lives for the pets we proudly serve.

While Joey is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in everything we do. Today, our new (and very healthy!) pup Alfie carries the torch, enthusiastically taste testing new products and reminding us why we care so much about providing the very best!

Meet Alfie

Alfie is our resident ray of sunshine and Chief Happiness Officer 🐾

He joined us in early 2025, with a big personality and an even bigger love for life. When he’s not enthusiastically greeting customers (often bouncing at the gate like a little pogo stick), he’s busy making everyone smile with his friendly, curious nature. Alfie has a special talent for keeping his Mom on her toes, whether that’s through his playful mischief or his impressive ability to test every treat and food that comes through the door (quality control is serious business!).He adores people, lives for snack time, and approaches each day as his next great adventure.

If you see a fluffy blur hopping behind the counter with a wagging tail and a sparkle in his eye, don’t worry, that’s just Alfie, spreading joy and making sure our store is as fun as it is fabulous! 💛
